All of Victoria is in lockdown.  You must be a permitted worker and have permits to travel.  These will need to be presented at check in.  Currently online bookings are suspended and you must call to make a booking.

All of NSW is declared an "Extreme Risk" Zone.  Entry not allowed into Victoria unless you have an exemption

• From 28/7/21 Victorians are allowed to travel and book accommodation

• You are only allowed to share a room with your own household members - you are not allow to share if you aren't from the same household.

• If from interstate (we are located in Victoria) Please check www.coronavirus.vic.gov.au or call 1800 675 398 to see if you are allowed to travel to Victoria and what permits are required.  Also what your obligations are according to the permit (ie 14 days quarantine, test and isolate etc)  Unfortunately, we are unable to provide any advice due to the daily changes made by each states with restrictions.  Please call 1800 675 398 for advice.

• Facemasks are required to be worn in all indoor and outdoor areas, except in your room.

• You must sign in using the QR code located in your room.

• Breakfast room is currently closed due to the restrictions, breakfast packs will be supplied instead - we will open the breakfast room up immediately when we are allowed to and able to get supplies.  Breakfast packs will not be supplied when the breakfast room reopens.  Once facemasks restrictions are removed for indoors, we will reopen.

Please follow any signage on the property with regards to cap limits in certain area's - ie only 2 guests allowed in reception at any one time.

We are currently NOT taking any group bookings due to limits on gatherings and limits on the amount of people in certain area's on the property and also given the uncertaintity with lockdown / restriction changes impacting all group bookings.

Victoria have a permit system in place.  Mountain View Motel is located in Victoria.
If you are crossing the border at any point - whether you're Victorian or from interstate please check the Service Victoria website to see what the requirements are to enter or re-enter Victoria.  You can also call the Corona Virus hotline on 1800 675 398 or visit the Coronavirus Victoria website for clarification on restrictions and border closures. 

 

Due to the many different restrictions that vary from state to state and even suburb to suburb and the fact that restrictions and borders can change in a matter of hours - we don't feel comfortable offering advice on your personal travel plans with regards to restrictions and permits in case the information we provide is not correct.  So please call 1800 675 398.

Anyone from a declared hotspot - your bookings will be cancelled to ensure we are complying with Victorian Law.  Declared hotspots can be found by visiting the DHHS website, Service Victoria website, Coronavirus Victoria website or by calling 1800 675 398

While restrictions have eased in regional Victoria – the Accommodation sector is still subject to restrictions that we as a business have to follow by law. 
 
Please remember, these are not self-imposed restrictions that we have implemented.  These are restrictions imposed on us by the Victorian Government and all guests, including those from interstate and we are obliged to follow them in order to continue trading safely.
 

•    Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate early check ins or late check outs due to the extra time required cleaning the rooms to a high standard as per our Covid safe business plan.  You can check in between 2.00pm and 8.30pm. If you arrive before 2pm you will be asked to return after 2pm.   And check out is strictly before 10am.   
•   If you have Cold/ Flu like symptoms, been in any of the hotspot areas in the last 10 days, or been in contact with a known covid case – please cancel your booking.

•    We require the first names and contact details of all guests staying including children– not just the main booker as per Covid Safe business plan requirements from the Victorian Government
•    Social distancing is a requirement and please take note of signage on the property.
